Before starting any major remodeling project, the construction of the current home must be inspected. Next, the house is evaluated for how it might be changed, such as removing walls, closing or adding doorways, reconfiguring the kitchen, or adding a bathroom. With the homeowner, a budget and plan are developed.

In addition to planning and scheduling many different trades, crafts and suppliers, remodeling requires collaboration with the homeowner in selection of fixtures, colors, tiles, cabinetry and all items unique to the project. At Moffat Construction, a spirit of teamwork and attention to detail turn the vision into reality.

Kitchen Remodel

The owner wanted a large kitchen for cooking and entertaining. This might sound simple; however, it required removing a door and wall to open up the space. We put in a solid LVT beam across the span, and proceeded with an entire kitchen remodel that included new electrical wiring, plumbing, paint, flooring, cabinets and appliances.

Bathroom Remodel

Below are images of a recent remodel of a bathroom. This was actually a small office that we remodeled into a master bathroom with custom cabinets, and a tile shower.
